VENICE WOMEN'S SAILING SQUADRON (BITTER ENDS) -- SAILING INTEREST QUESTIONNAIRE

Are you free on Wednesdays from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm?

Have you ever sailed a small dinghy boat such as a Sunfish by yourself?

Being a participant requires that you can lift a Sunfish with 3 other sailors (130 lbs), pull a Sunfish dolly, launch and retrieve boats while standing in water, rig and derig your own boat, lift and carry sails, spars and blades. Are you able to do this?

To test into the Bitter Ends you must be able to sail a triangle course, pass a swim test and successfully pass a capsize test. We are a Sunfish racing club and we can coach you in racing and sailing skills, so if you are a bit rusty or new to sailing we are here for you. Current Club membership is $150/year.  The Bitter Ends own some rental Sunfish sailboats.  Sunfish boat current yearly rental and storage is ($415) and is available on a first come, first served basis.
